Pure polyester powder coating is made of polyester resin with
hardening agent. It has excellent weather resistance, so it is
usually called durable powder coating.
Applications:
Pure polyester powder coating can be used for outdoor products ,
auto industry , transportation equipments , air conditioner
external unit , highway protection fence, armrest ,fences and so
on.
Product series:
Products of different gloss and colors are available: high gloss (
above 80%), semi gloss (50%-80%), flat gloss(20%-50%), no
gloss(below 20%). And provide sand textured, wrinkle, hammer, rain patterns, moire,
crack, textured, point spread, transparency and other art textured
powder coating.
Curing Condition:
200ºC (workpiece temperature), 15 minutes.
Pre-treatment:
The overall quality of the coating system is largely dependent on
the type and quality of the pre-treatment. The recommended types of
pre-treatment for the most frequently used substrates are:

Average coating rate:
A. Smooth Surface:
6-12/KG, film thickness 60μm (calculated according to 100 consuming
of powder coating)

5-7/KG,film thickness is about 80-120μm

Package:
Carton packing with liner of double polyethylene bags, Net weight
20kg each.
Storage and shipment:
The product must be stored in ventilated, dry and clean room with
temperature below 25oC, Keep it away from fire, heat,and direct sunlight. Outdoor
stacking is prohibited. Avoid rains and exposure to sunshine during
shipment.
Health and safety:
There are no hazardous ingredients contained. Wearing anti-dust
mask and goggles to avoid inhalation of dust. Try best to avoid
longtime contact with powder. The coating adhesive to the skin can
be washed with soap.
